Is toll included in the fare?
Toll charges may or may not be included depending on the type of ride. The details will be shown clearly before confirming your booking.
What about night surcharge?
Night surcharges may apply for rides between 10 PM and 5 AM. The applicable amount will be displayed during booking.
Do your drivers accept card payments?
Yes, most of our drivers accept UPI and card payments. However, it's always a good idea to confirm with the driver beforehand.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
RideXpress does not track flights automatically. If your flight is delayed, contact our 24/7 support team to reschedule your pickup. A complimentary waiting window applies.
