Delete your RideXpress account

Request deletion of your RideXpress customer account from the website or the app.

Step 1: confirm it is your account

Enter the mobile number of your RideXpress customer account. We will send a one-time code to it on WhatsApp.

What happens to your data

Closed: your sign-in, app sessions and notification registrations are ended.
Kept: booking, invoice, payment and commission records, which form part of our accounting records.

Can't receive the code, or a driver account?

Driver accounts are set up by RideXpress operations. If you are a driver, or you no longer have access to your number, email support@ridexpress.in or call ******3555.
